Well here I go again, hoping to beat my staggering record of 39 minutes last year! I have entered myself yet again into the Race For Life 5k run on 15th May 2011. Now some of you may think 'it is only a 5k run, I could do that before breakfast', however I am not as fit as I could be but am determined and ready to do all I can to put a stop to cancer. Following my diagnosis of breast cancer in 2008, I have been driven by the thought that it must have happened for a reason and I am meant to do more to stop the disease, oh and also get fit once more!

Whilst I have helped to raise lots of cash for charities from a business perspective I do not often undertake something personally and approach friends for sponsorship money, however as I am sure you can appreciate this is something I feel very strongly about.
