The Give Tilly A Hand Appeal 'Diamond Ball' is taking place at the Hilton Hotel Gateshead on Saturday 25th September 2010. Arrival from 7pm for champagne drinks reception and carriages from 01:30am.

Last year's Celebrity Charity Event raised in excess of £40,000 from the Auction alone. As last year's Ball was such a success, Tilly's parents Adam & Sarah Lockey decided to make this an annual event, thus approaching ourselves to assist with the event delivery of this year's Diamond Ball.

This year's event is based around the theme of Diamonds & Ice - when guests arrive at the venue and enter into the Foyer and main Gateshead Suite, they will enter a magical 'Narnia' theme complete with dripping icycles, blue and silver lit walls etc. Once entering the foyer area Guests will have the chance to have their photograph taken sitting in the Narnia throne in front of the giant iceberg before being guided to a glass of 'frosted' champagne. There will be loads of games to take part in and special little extra's such as the Alcoholic Iced Drinks (slushies) from one of the Headline Sponsor's Liquor Lizard. Guests will be entertained by Andy Barker sings...whilst entering the first stage of this amazing experience.

On entering the main Gateshead Suite, guests will be enchanted by the magical set that they are walking into with the giant screens dripping in ice, icycles dripping from every corner of the ceiling, a lit up magical stage complete with white dance floor with dancing snowflakes spinning around the room. MC's Garry Gifford and Phil Gregg will open the event with Patron Denise Welch and welcome speeches by Adam, Sarah Lockey & Tilly Lockey!

There will be some amazing entertainment in store for those who are lucky enough to have purchased tickets: Andy Barker sings...swing during the champagne drinks reception, Encore Dance Entertainment will kick off the night, West End Guys 'n' Dollz, Emily McNamee from girl band Badlashes and Headline Artist DIANA VICKERS will perform her Number 1 Hit 'Once' along with other tracks from the Number 1 Album 'Songs From A Tainted Cherry Tree' before ending the night with an amazing DJ Set.
