Managing Director

Nickie is the Managing Director of She’s Gott It! event management company. Nickie takes a very personal, hands-on approach to the business and is actively involved in the strategic developments of all events and projects.

Nickie has an extensive background working with the private, public and voluntary sector. Prior to starting up She’s Gott It!, Nickie spent eight years managing and implementing events, marketing campaigns and PR activities for local authorities across the north east.

Nickie’s excellent communication skills and experience of large scale events gives her the ability to manage a number of diverse projects keeping a strategic overview yet injecting the end results with a great deal of flair and creativity.

As well as being a qualified Performance Coach, Nickie also spends a great deal of her time working on enterprise projects for young people as her own past experiences highlighted the need for motivational, informative and inspiring career guidance for young people.
